This policy brief looks at how the Strategy 2030 seeks to transform Germany’s dairy industry, simultaneously addressing ecological, economic, social, and animal welfare issues.
The brief finds that the Strategy 2030 lacks concrete and binding measures as well as a real call for action. Further adjustments and better monitoring of the defined targets are required.
