Document No. 1 – the first policy document of the year – has traditionally been dedicated to agriculture and rural issues. For 2021, the document highlights poverty eradiction in rural areas as the key goal.
Next to the revitalization of rural areas, this year’s document focuses on tackling the massive losses from African Swine Flu incurred by China’s hog producers.
