The Guangxi Tropical Grape Industry Technology Research Institute Institute of Guangxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences (GXAAS) was established in 2022. Relying on the scientific and technological advantages of the Grape and Wine Research Institute of Guangxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences (GXAAS), Guangxi Research Institute of Specialty Crops, and Sichuan Guoguang Agrochemical Co., it focuses on the cultivation of new grape varieties suitable for tropical regions.
The institute also works on the research and development of one-year double-harvest cultivation technology, grape facility cultivation technology, healthy seedling production technology, grape green and efficient pest control technology, grape post-harvest and processing technology, as well as providing consulting services for agricultural technology. The goal is to provide scientific and technological support for the development of the grape industry in hot zones and promote the high-quality development of the grape industry.
